Came in before dinner rush. Guy taking my order was customer friendly. I order a Turkey avocado salad. They had ran out the dressing I liked. After I got in the car . Decided to check my food . Noticed I didn't have the garlic bread that came with it. Went back in to inquire about it. Worker said they were out that, too. I said you didn't mentioned it. Was I supposed to not notice ? He apologized . I asked is there something offered to replace it? He offered cimmon bun. I accepted. After I got home started eating the salad. It seemed like something was missing . It was the boiled eggs and the AVOCADO. I was too done! Really disappointed . 1st time having that salad few weeks ago, it was really good . Even recommended it to my sister . Called her back to share my disappointed experiment.

We ordered two avocado turkeys, and received NO avocado. As you can see, the turkey was only placed at the front in an excessively think clump. I literally had to spit out some bites because there was so much meat and it was chewy. Also barely any onions or Mayo. Picture looks like a lot, but that’s the only spot there is any. We payed almost $50 to hardly eat our food. Extremely disappointed and still hungry.

Had 2 turkey club good sandwich but for 10.00 you would think the turkey meat would be quality. And the bacon was very lacking. 2 sandwich and 1 bag of sour cream chips 24.00. Little steep for cheap meat.

The food is great, but we put in a very large lunch order over a day in advance, and we were left emptyhanded the day of. When they acknowledged the mistake, then then said they would start making the order, but couldn't deliver. Again, I love the food, but this can't happen again. It's unprofessional and disappointing for our company. I will be removing Schlotzky's from our catering list.
