It’s Saturday afternoon at 12: 50. I just paid $30 for two hamburgers two large fries and two large drinks asked for ketchup and barbecue sauce and told I was going to be charged for it. I will not be back that is ridiculous.

I'm glad I was able to cool down before giving this review from last Sunday, or this would be entirely different from the one today. First and foremost, their french fries are to die for. I usually get the special, which is a burger, fries, drink, and a small mudslide for under $8.00. It's an excellent bargain, considering the larger franchises charge over twice that. I'm not one for mixed drinks at burger joints, but maybe that's a Kansas thing I have yet to get used to. The Sunday in question had me hankering for a couple of orders of those wonderful fries, but when I got to the door at 2:30pm, it was pulled shut and locked. My queries of "Why are you closing now?" and "Will you be reopening soon?" were met with sullen glares through the glass. Someone coming out told me they were shutting down for a Christmas party. Well, that explained the merry mood, but not why the workers themselves wouldn't tell me that. I gave it another chance a couple of days later, and was greeted by my name, happily and pleasantly served, and left satisfied and satiated. It's my favorite Wichita restaurant. I'll always give it a good rating, but I know now not to dine there on weekends.

The cashier was snobby and I thought she was going to jump my hide for getting to much ice in my cup and I saw the employees in the back of the store hanging out and chilling.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly and also in a bad neighborhood

PLEASE BUYER BEWARE I went into store to order breakfast but wanted to wash my hands before I enjoy my breakfast and when I got out of bathroom was confronted by manager who informed me that the bathrooms were for paying customers and was told to not ever come back. I tried to inform manager that I was going to order breakfast when she cut me off by saying to not ever come back. The manager had an attitude and when I informed her that I was going to place an order was again told to not ever come back. That customer service is unprofessional and so uncalled for. I do not look like a bum, but was treated like one. So if you ever go into that store please ORDER your food before you attempt to use their restroom facility. If they can treat me like this, they will surely treat you like that. And the other manager backed the other manager 100 percent so it is not just 1 bad apple. I will never order from that store ever again, and the family atmosphere that they advertise is a joke. SO BUYER BEWARE.

I got the sausage, egg, and cheese on pita, and the sausage was way overcooked and dry. The eggs were ok, but not as good as at other locations on previous visits. The orange juice just didn't taste right; like it maybe needed the ice to melt or something and was kind of a concentrate taste. We were the only customers at the time, so it's not like they were too busy or anything.
