I've been going to this spangles for a while now and I'm pretty happy with their service and quality of food. The workers are nice and professional. The managers seem strict and up hold good customer service expectation. I over heard one employee getting scolded for being on their phone while working and it just shows to me that they actually care about the quality of their work standards. My food is never cold. Never sloppy and always good.

Excellent customer service at the drive thru! Even thought they got really busy and were struggling they stayed professional and kind! You love to see it! I don't mind having to correct the order on the screen so long as you have great service very satisfied and returning here happily!

Arrived at 8, 2 hours before close to eat in. Lobby was open but seating was blocked off. Went to order and after ordering was told ice cream machine was being cleaned so we would need to wait for it to freeze then they would bring it out. 35 mins later I had to request the fulfillment again. Ordered a salad, after taking payment they discovered they had no salad. They asked if I payed cash so they could refund before offering me anything equivalent off the menu. I had not so they offered to make a protein version of the sandwich, but did not refund the difference in price when even the largest sandwich is still cheaper than any salad on the listIt was clear cleaning up for close took priority as teas had been removed as we ordered.

A fantastic Spangles for Wichita, just north of the Harry and Rock intersection. When it comes to fast food, Spangles checks all the top boxes for me, including freshly made-to-order food, dependable service, and all the amenities that many other places skimp on. My latest visit to this location was for the Sourdough Bacon Egg and Cheese, and it rocked. Always cool looking inside and out with the 50’s decor and memorabilia, even if the music is a pain after dining in for a bit. I recommend this Spangles to all who are in the area.

Went to sit down for dinner tonight food was cold French fries cold and not cooked all the way. Workers where to busy on there phones and cooking themselves food and eating both managers not giving a care in the world as they were also on there phones and eating didn't see one person wash there hands after taking trash out or eating any food and touching there hair and face will not be back to this location ??

The lady working the drive thru was short and rude. I tried to ask a question and was immediately cut off telling me my payment total. Prior to my visit I even tried calling with a question and the person was unable to answer a simple menu question. I will not be visiting this Spangles ever again! I recommend you avoid this location at all cost.
