I received a flyer in the mail, and thought that their $3 footlong Auntie Anne's pretzel looked so good.Well, it's not.I don't know what kind of oven they use to heat it up, but it has got to be a microwave.So when you put already cooked bread into a microwave you can pretty much expect a brick to come out.And that's exactly what I got.Unedible, very hard to chew, zero flavor or taste, it doesn't even taste like a pretzel.From one bite to the other, it just kept getting harder and harder to chew.The employee put some kind of liquid spread on it, which I can only assume would be bitter flavored,and I didn't even taste that.Couldn't finish it.Could hardly begin it!Do not waste your money.(Being the thrifty person that I am, I'll take it home and put it in my blender for breadcrumbs.)

The guy behind the counter spends more time running his mouth and worrying about who’s coming in the door than making your sandwich. If you want to make it a quick lunch don’t go to this location.

The new pretzel as advertised was hard as if cooked to long and it didn't come with cheese, Said it came with honey mustard.Who wants that with a pretzel. Terrible experience. But had to try it. Quik Trip has a better pretzel and at only 1.99. The sandwiches we got were excellent tho.

I was running behind to pick up my husband's sandwich, and I called to ask if they could refrigerate it for me. They said it wouldn't be a problem to do so, so when I picked it up, it was still as fresh as when I ordered it thanks to the employees being so understanding. Thanks for all your hard work and for taking care of the customers.

I ordered 3 Footlong sandwiches on my mobile app. My son picked up the order. I ordered 3 sandwiches. They made the Meatball sub Deluxe incorrectly. There was only 6 meatballs on it. Deluxe means extra meatballs. It was ice cold and barely had any cheese. I order these sandwiches all the time and I know what they are supposed to look like. I have never had to file a complaint with Subway before. I called the store to tell them about the mistake. The guy I talked to said he was the one that made the sandwich and he knew he might have messed up on it. He told me to come back up there and he would remake it. He did not say to bring the old sandwich back. I sent my daughter up there to pick it up. They told her that they could not remake the sandwich without returning the old one. I have never had to bring or give back food that was made incorrectly because they just throw it away. It can not be reused. If you already don't trust me, then what good is it going to be to bring back the old one. It could have been tampered with between here and there. The person who made it knew he made it wrong. That should be good enough. I ate 1/2 the sandwich because I was hungry of course and didn't want to wait any longer. I can return the other half if they want. The female manager was very rude to my daughter. She just told me over the phone, there is nothing she could do. I told her I would be filing a complaint with corporate and she said ok. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. I am not happy with the way I was treated and I may never go back. I definitely do not recommend the store on Tyler and Kellogg. I have never had any problems with the other stores . Crappy service! Unhappy customer

Two awesome sandwiches we received today both my wife and my sandwiches were delicious. Clean shop and nice people working there, greeted me as I walked in. We are local and I've always had pretty much the same experience at this location.

I online ordered a wrap chips and a side of sauce along with another sandwich all Togo. It was about an hour before they closed. I had my bf go pick up the order. When he got home they did not package the sauce, or the chips, and the tortilla is so hard it’s like it had been sitting out for a day or more. *It actually cracked when I folded it.* I actually had to dismantle the wrap and put in on bread I had at home. In process of this I also realized it was Turkey instead of ham.. He ordered two chocolate chip cookies while he was there as well. When he got them home they were the white chocolate raspberry. Very disappointed in our experience today. Probably won’t be going back for a long time.

I’m a 3 strikes type of person. I will always give a place a try a second, and even a third time, after a bad experience. However, after the 3rd, I will never be back. Today was their 3rd. More so, all 3 strikes were in a row. First time I walk in and no one’s behind the counter. 2-3 people walk in and still no one around to help. Eventually we all left without being helped. Second time, I walk in and there’s several people waiting. Worker is in the back and lets everyone sit out there unhelped. Finally walks out and tells everyone the system is down. So we waited 5-10 min JUST to find out the systems down? Should’ve been the first thing he told people as they walk in. Today, last strike, I go in and stand in line. Get up to the front and I tell the lady I want Italian herbs and cheese bread. She THEN tells me all they have is wheat then proceeds to pull a loaf out like I didn’t have a choice. Nope! I left. That’s something you should tells customers as they walk in or at least when they are in line, NOT when they finally get up to be helped! Not going back to this location!

We arrived Sunday for lunch. At the time they had ZERO customers. Floors filthy. Table tops had crumbs on every table. Even a gum wrapper in the middle of the lobby. 3 employees not cleaning not even speaking to each other. It's just gone downhill. I do not see myself going back. Plus my favorite sandwich must have changed (meatball) it just taste gross and I simply could not finish it. Fun fact on menu. 1 had fallen down and the staff had hung the others in the wrong order and no one either realized it or maybe did not care. 10, 11,12, 7,8,9, 4,5,6 and 3,2,1 were missing.
