I mean it's Taco Bell. No one is on the fence about Taco Bell. You know if you're gonna go there, and Taco Bell knows if you're gonna go there. It's pretty consistent, and that's about the best thing you can say about them.I will say that for Lent their Spicy Potato Tacos with some hot sauce are a pretty great value at $1.29 each. This location is pretty efficient. I recommend using the app so you get points and for ease of ordering and picking up.

During my lunch visit. We waited at least 15 minutes for someone to take our orders. The employees just kept walking past us ignoring us. We finally asked if anyone was going to take our order the guy at the drive thru told us to use the kiosk. He then proceeded to holar complaing they were short one person and it was there lunch rush . Then made a elderly lady use the kiosk her order came out wrong and he hollerd at her saying it was her fault. Bad service, bad attitude bad experience!!

Me and my guys stood at counter for 10 minutes while employees just kept walking by I finally asked is someone gonna take our order they said use the machines were swamped there was one couple in restaurant dining and it’s 2 o’clock in afternoon terrible customer service and arguing with a elderly lady that tried to use machine and told her it’s her fault she ordered it

Why does this taco bell have their hours of operation posted on the door if they are going to shut down the lobby when they choose to? It says that they are open until 10:00 PM yet the doors were locked before 9:30 PM? I went through the drive-through and tried to ask one of the employees why they decided to close the lobby so early and the only the thing they said to me was “Yeah we just close down early sometimes, that’s just what we do and that’s it.” Honestly this entire experience was distasteful, the employees didn’t seem to care one bit and i think it’s highly unprofessional what they did. I will not be returning and i urge caution to those that choose to come here.

sat in line for 40 minutes only to get the wrong order! guess what tried to call their place and it went straight to voicemail. i usually have no issues with this place but this was just ridiculous. i am never coming back to this one again.
Came between 7:00 and 730 to pick up something to eat on our way out of town. Went inside because drive-through line was long. I sat in the car while my husband went in. Drive-through continued to be slow and I waited over 30 minutes for him to come out with a very small order. You really need to hire more people or people that can work faster.

Wouldn't give any stars if I didn't have to. Twice in a row, I ordered $0.80 worth of extra cheese, paid for it, and didn't receive it... I now have a very angry husband, and it ruined our mood by not receiving our items. I called the number, and it goes straight to voice mail. Not a single person working cared when we complained in person. We won't be going back in the future.
