I just went to get some food and they had worker just walking around and the young lady tell me have to use that stupid touchscreen to place my order but I was there like 5 or 7 minutes nobody said anything no welcome nothing they straight up ignored meThem I get my order And them they don't give me my cup so I have to yells them to get my cupNo customer service in the LobbyThey acting like a they are mad they jobI’m definitely not coming back. Poor customer service.

This location has consistently good food. And surprisingly good coffee for breakfast. I'd give them 5 stars on food, but they can't seem to figure out how to cut a quesidilla all the way through.

Depending the time of day you go you either have suburban workers with all of the exaggerated stereotypes or welfare apartment workers who thinks whatever urban/ghetto comedy they watch on TV is how real life works with how rudely and loudly they gossip or play while workingIt's taco bell it's what you expect as long as they don't burn anything and do their jobIf you go while they're in a meal rush or say late at night when it's just one person the food quality is gonna be sloppy, it might be like that anywayAnyway I'm just writing this because at the time of this review there is an older lady with white hair done in a low pony tail who thinks the ice cinnabon coffee is supposed to be hotShe literally had the look of not understanding what's wrong. If you are having a problem with your order, make sure you follow up on it

The day shift crew kills it every time! Night shift crew after midnight can't seem to figure out how to properly cut the dang quesadilla or even get all of the food in the bag... I guess karate chopping it with the spatula suffices. ?
(Edit @ 11:12) -pulling up to the speaker I finally see the sign that the headsets are not working and to go inside or pull up - in the future a sign at the start of the drive thru line works best and will loose less business! I did hop out and inform the four vehicles behind me, but more than one sign should be placed!!)It is 10:57pm (start) and the line is so so long there are four people ahead of me to the speaker and two behind me- I watched three people leave ahead of me when I arrived here…. I like Taco Bell and having the ability to order online is super convenient and quick, which in my opinion, should make the whole process here quicker. One would think anyway. I give it 3 stars because of the unnecessary wait in line time. If the staff knows this time is one of the busiest times , why are there not better preparations or faster working people in this time. I’ve worked fast food before and know the pressure - but 20 years ago the ability to order online wasn’t an option and really would have helped speed the process up knowing peoples order ahead of time. I’d like to think that a good amount of customers that come through at 11 pm place online orders, so why is it still so slow!? (It’s now 11:05 pm and still have two cars ahead of me before I’m at the speaker)

If I could give negative stars I would. Staff was so rude. It smelled HORRENDOUS! It was not clean. The food gave my boyfriend and I food poisoning BOTH times we went. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Want to always have something forgotten in an order? Come here. Been here a grand total of 4 times. Only 1 time did they not forget anything. I don't order a lot of items. I ordered a box last night and they forgot my sauce and taco. Again, a total of 4 visits and only 1 time did they actually not mess up. Why is taco bell notorious for forgetting things all the time?
