Extremely poor experience this evening. Walk in and check in at the hostess stand (no one else waiting to be seated) with 2 hostesses there. Told to wait a minute and someone would take us to the table. Then watched 4 other tables come in and be seated right away. Went and made contact at stand after a full 10 minutes passed. "Oh, I didn't know you were here". Who do you think has been looking over here at you? An alien? Get seated. Order. Wait and wait and wait. Salads finally come. Not even 3 minutes later the steaks come. Steaks were luke warm at best. Potatoes weren't even warm enough to melt the butter. Overall, not impressed tonight.

We have a party of 8 (one being a baby who needs a sling not eating). We call ahead. We get a notification tables ready to come in. But it’s not. They want us to sit at two different tables. I come in to eat with my family. Not to be separated. Don’t tell a big party to come in if you don’t have a table for everyone to sit at together.

Good vibes all around, except the waitress. Girly pop stopped by our table once the entire time we were there. When we asked for more rolls when our check came (the one time she stopped by) it was like we told her the worst news in the world. We just wanted more rolls ?☝️ food was so good tho! Can’t ever take my family of 8 (My husband and our 6 kids) because they always give ridiculous wait times. Call at 5 to get on a waitlist and they say table for 8 won’t be available until 10:30 AND to top it is they say any “party” over 7 people cannot get on the waitlist. Parties that large get served first come first serve so if someone showed up before us they get out “reservation” But if we split up the family and do two reservations for 4 ppl then we get a wait time of 10 minutes. Every time. It’s very frustrating.
