I had a horrible experience today (3:11-24 at 12:10PM) at this Wendy's! on 21st and maize Road, in Wichita, KS. I ordered a Junior Bacon Cheesburger meal, and it was cold, not even warm. I had driven away from the window, so I had to get back in the line to go back to the drive thru window. Again, it was cold, not even warm? thought to myself, that had to be done on purpose out of spite or something? Next, I went inside to speak to a Manager, her name was Lucinda. I told her what happened and she said she cooked it and it was hot when she gave it to me. That's not true, I was inside the building within 2 minutes. She took the sandwich opened the bun and start raising her voice arging it was Hot. Not true, not even warm. I told her she could not expect me to eat it, people want cooked meat on Hamburgers hot. I asked if she would eat, she said Yes, I said if she would I would pay for it. Instead of eating it, she threw it in the trash, where it belonged! End result, a frustrated Manager, out-of-control, cold food. She asked me if I wanted a refund and I was frustrated and angy the way I was treated in front of other customers and her employees so I did not stick around for a refund. Another regret is I didnt record it because I was not expecting the Manager to cause a scene like that. I am 70 yesr old and have eaten food at many Wendy's all over the country. Never did I experience anything like today.If I could give a -5 stars I would. When I was leaving I noticed 30-40 cars at the Chick-Filet at the same time, while this Wendy's only had 2 to 3 cars. Now I know why!

Day after Christmas, serving old refried chicken on the maple breakfast sandwich. Took it back while my husband was getting his breakfast at Chik Fil A. No wonder you had nobody in your line and Chik Fil A was packed. I had just come from the doctor because I'm sick and that's what you give me? Pathetic!!!

I love Wendy's but sometimes their staff leaves much to be desired. This one is the exception. I haven't dined in at Wendy's in a while and while there was only 3 people working, 1 on break, they were still kind and patient. Even the on break employee came over to ask how we were. Aside from not getting bacon (accidentally got sausage instead), everything else was great. The employee even replaced my cheese sauce with sliced cheese, without additional cost, which is how it should be. Everything

Ordered the new Nacho Burger, they made it wrong using a normal bun, but told me when I picked up my order, they were making me a new one and I could keep the first one.Store has been Great after they remodeled, always clean, good quality food. And well Managed.

What we ordered we didn't get. Paid $24.00 for fast foods and received 2 chicken sandwiches and a single hamburger and large fries. It was terrible. Was offered a receipt and my girlfriend told him no thanks. This was a mistake. Get that receipt.We all need to check our food before we leave the drive up window. Or this will continue to happen. Never again will I buy without looking at my receipt.
