I use to manager Wendy's restaurants in Kansas city and this place is a disgrace the frys where not only stale but also burnt absolutely inedible my bacon double stacks had sprinkles of bacon not the 2 strips as advertised the frosty half melted and nuggets were stale aswell everyone here should be fired and new staff hired immediately this was a horrific and disgusting experience I will NEVER RETURN

i asked for a small fry with no salt, i was asked to pull over. got them & they're full of salt. it's just important to pay attention to what people ask especially when you don't know why they are asking for no salt, & when it was on the reciept, so it should've shown on the drive thru order menu inside.

We went to our local Wendy's on DO. Seneca tonight and ordered 2 large Chili's and an apple pecan chicken salad...AMF THEY ARE OUT of everything. We asked what they did have and she said cheeseburger. Good grief. We left.

I went through the drive-thru at 8:30 on the 20th of October now understand it looked like there were three cars backed up waiting for orders so they were probably really busy I ordered a chocolate Frosty and a pumpkin Frosty the guy asked me two chocolate frosties I said no I want one pumpkin Frosty and one chocolate Frosty. Do you want to guess what happened I got two chocolate frosties unfortunately I didn't know that till I got all the way home now I'm not going to waste a lot of gasoline in my own personal time to go back and get myself a pumpkin Frosty the one I call them and told him that happened I was nice about it and instead of oh I'm sorry can you come back by all they ask was do you have your receipt you only get one chance to get it right

We were over charged for their "Biggie" Deal according to what was posted on the drive thru menu board. Then asked to park and they'd bring our food out shortly. No one was behind us in line nor ahead of us waiting on an order. Quite sometime later we finally got our order and the fries and nuggets were luke warm. Poor service and poor quality food.
