The man working the counter was pleasant and chatty. The donuts were really good. The sausage roll was not my favorite but overall very good. They have amazing baked cinnamon rolls. The blueberry donuts are very yummy and they always have them.
I love daylight doughnuts. My one and only complaint is the amount of jelly they put inside of their jelly doughnuts/bismarks. I usually end up squeezing about 3/4 of the jelly out onto a plate or napkin so that I won't get all sticky. I think we are very spoiled to have such a gem to get doughnuts from and it makes me sad that there are people out there that don't know what they're missing by not having a daylight doughnuts store to get their doughnuts from!
