Food was well prepared and hot. The young man who worked the drive through was awesome. The young man was cheerful and polite. He also, asked if we need condiments and anything else before thanking us and tell us to have a good day. I love this location it's so much better than other Arby's in northern ky I've been to.

I’m going out of my way to let others know that the food is prepared with minimum effortIt tastes unlike any Arby’s I ate ate before and I like Arby’s.The asue dipping sauce for the French dip was watered down and the sandwich was a mess with cheese everywhere and did not smell right.i just tossed it in the trash. This Arby’s needs new management to look at what’s going on. Been going on here for the last two years, and everyone I ever spoke with is aware Service has been like this I promised myself I would come here, but I try again and it’s the same as it was then.I can’t believe it but it’s true come here and you will see employees don’t care.The drive thru is very slow you will wait even when there are only 2 cars in front you.You will be here 20 mins minimum.So that’s my experience every time.please fix this place management just look at the reviews.

Ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich The picture of it looks like a nice piece of chicken breast but all it was but piece of gray mystery meat about the size of a Silver Dollar and about as thickAs a lover of Arby's Roast Beef needless to say I was verydisappointed

If you want fresh food, do not go to this arby's. Every time I order its always cold...nothing is fresh. Waited 14 min for Luke warm chicken and cold fries, yay! Lol
The roast beef tasted off like it was on the verge of spoiling. Against my better judgement I ate it anyways because I was really hungry. I haven’t thrown up or die yet, but it will probably be a long while before returning.

i’m not one to go online and leave bad reviews. but waited at LEAST 30 minutes in the drive through line just to get cold food. i will say, there were about 4 cars in front of me. the one person just got a shake! the lady at the window was very rude and whoever took my order was doing something on their phone, as i heard music and tapping sounds through the mic. the fries were ice cold and the sandwich was so dry, and cold as well. couldn’t even finish my meal :(

The manager is extremely rude and abusive to staff. Yelling at them and degrading them in front of customers. Handed one of her employees a toilet brush directly by where they prepare food in clear view of customers because I could see it while waiting for someone to take my order. Made me instantly lose my appetite. One thing I can't stand is employee abuse. I left and went to another Arby's. It's bad enough they get abused by customers they don't need it from the management too. One starvonly because I can't give a NO stars review. Will be reporting to better business bureau
