Asked for extra cream cheese on a bagel and they put probably an entire block of cream cheese on it. I know you get what you ask for but it was excessive. The foil didn’t cover the entire bagel.

I stopped on my way to a college fair at NKU and the service was wonderful. Our order was taken and made very fast and the baristas were super nice. The most important thing is that the coffee was DELICIOUS!!! Thank you Biggby Coffee!!!!!

The Courtney girl there, definitely needs a raise. She is the coolest.
Starbucks will continue to be my number one. But I recently discovered with this place if you get extra pumps of syrup and extra ice, the drink is actually good. BUT, they are very inconsistent. I ask for extra ice because they literally never put enough ice in the coffee. It’s an ICED coffee. Common sense is not common. But even when you ask for extra ice, depending on who’s making the drink apparently, they still don’t put enough. Tired of warm ICED coffee and inconsistent service. I tried but Biggby is a no go.

Service depends on who's working. One girl sweet as can be and one isn't the friendliest at all. Never had any food. Daughter has likes it but of course. OVER PRICED!. 7$ FOR A SANDWICH.
