“I went in tonight and was flustered getting my five family’s specific orders placed. But all three employees were patient, kind and helpful. I ended up getting two of the same sub by accident and they were so kind in encouraging me to get the order right. It was just really nice. “My first time visiting Cincinnati for my son’s away game, I decided to make a stop to the Jersey Mikes. I was greeted upon arrival and everyone had such great manners and hospitality. There was a teenager I think they called him Tay, he was amazing. He made my Kahuna and it was perfect, good manners and personality. He really made my experience a whole lot better and as a teenager I know he has a great future ahead. Thank you guys so much“

“My husband's favorite. Baked potato and chicken tortilla soup. I usually choose various sandwiches and soups depending on my mood. Excellent iced tea! Usually order at table on my phone. Much easier than standing at the cashier area. Lots of options-soups, salads, sandwiches. Desserts include cheesecake, cookies, and carrot cake. Yum!“

“Creamy tomato soup! No one can make it better than these guys. Pair it with a hot sandwich, I got the fig and goat cheese sandwich and asked to add mushrooms to it. SO GOOD! It's all I wanted on a cold rainy weeknight. The service is fast, you can be in and out within a few mins. I'd recommend dining in instead of take out since this food is at its tastiest when hot. The location in Newport is perfect since there are multiple seating options - inside and outside. You can also go catch a movie after a quick bite or take a walk by the river. The staff was friendly, made recommendations and were happy to modify my sandwich the way I liked it. I will certainly come back!“

“This was located near the campus of Northern Kentucky University. Never had Firehouse Sub. I was very pleased with my choices. 1. To eat here and 2. Having the meatball sub. Clean dining hall and bathrooms. Staff was working hard and was very friendly. The sub was delicious. I will definitely eat at another Firehouse Sub.“

“I came to carry out a couple of subs for lunch. I hadn't been there since pre-covid. Prices then we're a little high in my opinion. I did get a coupon which pulled me back in. With all the price hikes, this place is no longer very expensive. It's about normal. The subs I had were amazing. I had a Reuben sub. The Corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and sauce were great as expected. That bun was outstanding. Without a good supporting bun, the sandwich is no good. This one was amazing. So I had a really good experience coming back in here and will continue to do so. The restaurant looked nice as well. The staff was very busy but they did a good job.“

“Was there for dinner tonight and as always the staff was great and food was delicious. Tonight a young gentleman that was working there by the name of Mark noticed my boy wouldnt eat and was really wanting a cookie. I tried eveything to get him to eat and nothing would work. This young man purchased my boy a cookie out of his own money brought it over to my table and made a deal with him to eat for the cookie. It worked. I guess what im getting at is there is still good in the youth of today. THANKS MARK. For giving me that hope back. “I don’t leave Google reviews very often (if ever) but this location was top notch in their food delivery and their service. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Food was so good! And we got a chance to talk to the staff. They love working there and you can tell.“

“I ordered through the app and the food took a little longer to prepare but the person preparing my food triple checked everything to make sure it all was correct and made sure I didn't want to add anything else. The sandwiches tasted great and they even gave me a free cookie for it taking a little longer to prepare.“

“My teenager loves Subway and even though I live in another city close by with it's own Subway, I always go to this location. Their sandwiches are always delicious, the staff is always very friendly, and I never have to worry about missing toppings.“
