They lost our online order. After writing down the order to replace it, they got every single item wrong. Two of the items were not available. How can the computer accept orders and payment for items they dont have. This is disappointing, especially since what they put in the bag was not good. Get it together.

The location is a bit odd, but other than that, it was your average taco bell. The staff was friendly and very quick, so that was definitely nice. The chalupa supreme shells tasted a bit stale, but they wasn't a huge deal.

Service was kind and polite. The food wasn't as good as Highland Heights Taco Bell but still better than the Newport location.Food had bits of lettuce in it when it shouldn't have. Pretty common occurrence at any Taco Bell outside the Highland Heights location. I'll be back cause it was cheap.
The credit card machine never works and they are always out of food. I don't know how this place stays in business if they have no product to sell and then when they do happen to have things it's always messed up and takes forever to get your

I just got yelled at for letting a customer in the front door because they don’t want anymore customers in the lobby. Apparently they were overwhelmed at the moment. There was three customers in the lobby. Then one of the employees started screaming “ goddamnit. These customers are too much.” One guy got yelled at for coming in the front door after it was locked. it’s 12:35 PM on a Friday lol. If you are entrepreneur, you definitely wouldn’t want that manager running your show.

Very rude employees, False advertising pricing on the dollar menu. No general manager at store. Employees talk very rudely to customers. Will never visit this location again, nor will I recommend anyone else to visit this location. I wouldn't even give it a one star. Should be a negative 3 star. After my employee got taken for 5 potato soft tacos supposedly on the dollar menu, (which is truly priced at $1.69 even though it's on the dollar menu), the rude taco bell Employees wouldn't even take my order. They wanted to argue with everyone in the store (4 other customers in the store not even with us) about its not their fault its wrong on the menu. HORRIBLE STORE
