Sides have a tendency to be cold and the Mac and cheese is not a premium side at all in my opinion. I’d recommend ordering burgers or quesadillas here.

Went there Friday March 2nd and was very disappointed!! More than half the tables were empty with a full crowd waiting inside and out. I waited for 10 minutes and never saw a Host and decided to leave. It’s time for these places to quit blaming the epidemic and unable to get help!!! I am a former restaurant owner and I know this is just an excuse to not hire people and use our new found patience to wait for a much bigger profit. I would love to eat there as we are in Ashland often to visit a relative in a nursing home. This is not a way to get new customers. Just hire some people and serve the public like you should and quit making excuses.

Sam is a very very good server, always attentive to her customers needs.
My husband and I went there for our anniversary and of course since it was on a Saturday, we knew there would be a wait and that was ok. Once we got a text saying that our time had come to sit at a table, we went inside from waiting in our vehicle which was no problem. We was sat at a corner table by the host that greeted us and waited for the waiter to come, we waited for 35-40 minutes on a waiter! A manager passed our table, and multiple waiters passed our table and flat out ignored us! Not even a simple "hello" Or "I'm sorry for your wait, we are extremely busy." ? no drinks either.....we just sat there! What a horrible restraunt!!! My husband and I walked out and Texas Roadhouse gladly took us in. Will not return!

Food was not right and came barely warm then bill was over priced and took several attempts to get it right. 2/3/24 decent food and service longer wait times they was unusually busy.
First plate fries were cold. Ask for hot ones. Waited on next selection b4 bringing some. They were hot.

We haven’t been to eat here in forever (due to super average food in past), but tried to give it a chance tonight (a Wednesday night, 5:15 pm, no snow). Walk in and OVER half the restaurant is empty, but was told it was going to be over 10 minutes to get a table. Pretty clear based off this they don’t want business. Not going to bother going back in future.
