In January, I had breakfast there. It was stale. I tried them again last week and it was also stale. So stale that the French toast sticks were hard and chewy, like they microwaved it for too long or something. How long do they leave their prepped food sitting out? Do they even pay attention to the time?

A 1 star review is too kind. Ordered $50 worth of food for my family and half the stuff was missing. Common mistake and not a big deal, right? So I call and talk to a manager there and let them know about what I was missing and before I could even finish speaking, he said “there’s nothing we can do.” That was our whole conversation. Won’t be going back

Hello so I went in today manager took my order heavy set guy with short beard mouth mullet so after I ordered got my drink with his finger in my cup watched him wipe nose and mouth with his hand wipe it on his shirt and then got my fry’s didn’t drink my drink didn’t eat my fry’s as a manager he should be setting an example for his employees and the public ate my sandwich only because the cook had gloves on very disappointed will not be coming back and will tell everyone I know thank you for your time and I hope someone deals with the situation and does something about this man and his nasty habits

This location doesn't obviously care about customers. I placed on order online. Can't eat seeded buns but online doesn't give options to change so I called immediately. Spoke with a very rude female who acted like I was asking her to perform an act of God just to replace top bun with bottom. Order was wrong but note says they got it on ticket. My coworkers orders were incorrect as well. We know where NOT to go for BK orders! Needless to say very unsatisfied customer(s)!And Btw, your receipts even have wrong # printed out for managers???

Spent over $40 here on dinner & got home just to realize half of the items I ordered was missing & the rest was made wrong. Contacted customer service who just wanted to provide coupons instead of a refund for the order. Totally useless & a waste of time and money.

I got a whopper and the top bun was falling apart because of how much Mayo was on it, but somehow the bottom bun was hard as a rock and stale. I tried to call back and see if I can get it remade or a refund but they have their phone disconnected. Waste of money
Ordered 2 whopper meals, one plain, and a Jr whopper meal. Got home and all three were Jr whopper meals and tall sandwiches had lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayo and ketchup. My son wouldn’t even eat his cause he doesn’t like anything on his burgers. Biggest waste of money ever.

Drive thru took forever and there wasn't that many cars in line and the inside was already closed. My food was cold and I don't know if this is the fat kid in me but I think there should be more french fries in each container. I even looked in the bag hoping they were in the bottom but nope. Not this time. The workers were nice but that's probably because they were full from eating most of my fries. Tried called to let them know but I guess they were too busy working very well as a team to serve the one and only car in there drive-thru.
