DO NOT Order from this Giovanni online. We payed and ordered online and they charged us and we never received our food. We called to ask about it and they didn't have any record of our order. Said we had to call corporate....not worth it.

Pizza had so much cheese it slides off the pizza. So much grease that the crust was tearing apart. The mushrooms are canned, and the pepperonis are under the cheese so they don't get crispy, all the toppings are under the cheese. Almost no flavor to the sauce, and the crust taste frozen. Almost choked due to the amount of cheese and the toughness.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order over the phone, then had to call and cancel literally 2 minutes later due to unforseen circumstances. Once that was resolved, I called to place another order, and the manager completely refused me service. Thats kinda ridiculous.

Use to like the food but now is just being thrown together like slop for hogs. Last 20 pizzas have not been cooked all the way, request for cheese on sandwich denied everytime. No pride in nothing anymore. Used to be best in the country now i cant recommend them to anyone. Sad thing to happen to what used to be good.
The employees are very friendly at this restaurant and they seem to take pride in making the food as well.
