Cookie stands & other autonomous units for mid mall snacking are just the best, are they not? You might approach them wanting just one, but then they have a deal for 2 or 3 or 4 & you convince yourself that you just need it. We have ordered here before with no issues. This time we are not pleased. #1 this wasn’t made in a pan. It was pushed out to that size. So the sides are all different sizes and not straight at all. #2 we never asked for the polka dots. He hates polka dots. #3 the words and picture isn’t even centered. #4 That’s supposed to be a four wheeler but it doesn’t look close to one at all. Won’t be coming back.

Excellent service!I was supposed to pick up a cake at 4:00, but I got there at 3:55 and they said they accidentally broke the cake the first time. It was a super large cake with lots of words, so that made sense - it seemed to be a larger size that they don't do as often. So they said I should come back at 4:45I came back, it appears that they hadn't started on the cake yet. I discover that the second one had ALSO broken.
