It took 15 minutes to get 2 crunchy Tacos. By the time my son received his Tacos my chicken dinner was cold. It doesn't take that long to slap a spoon of meat and sprinkle some cheese on a taco and send it out. They either need better management or better quality of workers. Maybe both. I could maybe understand if this was an isolated incident but it happens everytime we go there. So we stopped going there. Now we drive all the way to Kenova, WV taco bell. It is awesome!

Tried to go in and order food since truck doesn't fit in drive thru but had lock the door before lobby was supposed to close by 6 minutes i would never dinne in at that time but would still like to get my food to go inside.

VERY slow service, whether it is drive thru or dine in. The management team is totally overwhelmed. What the store says doesn't match the app, AT ALL. If you eat here, plan on it taking an hour.

This place is so slow and I mean an hour in the drive-thru, sometimes an hour and half or longer. Our orders are always wrong or messed up… The window/cashier workers are extremely nice though!Parking: Parking is good! Drive-Thru could have some improvements.

There was nothing wrong with the atmosphere of this restaurant. The cashier/Order taker was kind. The issue was cold food in an empty restaurant. Although there were plenty of workers behind the counter. If it was just me and my sister with two others, who had just placed their order were the only people ordering food, shouldn't we receive hot food? You'd think so. Instead I received nacho fries that tasted like the dumped them back in hot grease to warm them up and a cold shell chalupa that was chewy from laying a while. I returned the fries and got fresh, but again was waiting for food! Why did I wait the first time if I wasn't getting hot? Anyway, I made a mental note to never eat at this Taco Bell again.
