I was a bit pessimistic coming here as I am a die hard TR fan. The decor and atmosphere screams rich suburban Dallas Texas and not the typical roadhouse San Antonio version. Ordered the ribs and was somewhat disappointed. While the flavor was good and the ribs were very tender, they were half cold and I suspect our rude waitress let them sit there for 10 minutes in the window. Steak was excellent, however, and very well seasoned with a minimal amount of salt and pepper as it should be. I did enjoy the fresh baked bread and the little tray it came on. Overall I would give it a solid 6/10 due to a combination of bad service and cold food.

My sister and husband's food was great, so was my lobster tail, but my ribeye was so incredibly nasty! It tasted like it had sat open in a fridge for weeks, it was rancid and one bite made me sick and throw up. My sister had to tell the server it was rancid. They never came back to check if we needed refills. My mother and stepfather came in earlier in the day and had a similar experience with a rancid steak, the manager told her "I don't have spoiled meat in my kitchen" Clearly he did it to happen to us twice in one day. The place was not busy as it was 1 pm on a Monday. While I was going in and out of the bathroom sick, servers were gathered around talking instead of checking on any tables, my family will not be dining at this Longhorns anymore, go to Texas Roadhouse next door, and you get better food & service, and I can safety safe after years I've never had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse.

We've been here multiple times and never had problems. It's our go-to date spot. Last Saturday night, we went in, out our name down and was told it could be about half an hour wait. Okay, fine. What is not fine, is that there were AT LEAST 4 sets of people that came in after us, put their names down, and were seated before us. We understand when it's busy times. But we could see 2-3 empty tables, that were clean, that sat empty for at least that half hour that we waited. They could've easily seated us at any of them, but they didn't. Do better next time, please because we love coming here. The manager apologized for our wait but why not seat us when available instead of seating people that came in AFTER US, before us.

1 piece of bread for a family of 4? Fazoli's needs to teach them a lesson in the bread dept. My wife ordered about 7 mins after the other 3 and hers came way sooner than the others and her food was almost cold when delivered. The waitress left my wife sauces on top of the booth beside us and left it. I sent part of my meal back. My son's salmon tasted like a musty rag and my wife shrimp tasted like cooked hot dogs. So all together, it was a dreadful experience. Save your time and go to Texas Roadhouse. It's way better imo.

For me when I come it's clean, wait staff caters to whatever is needed. The food is also one thing I can't complain about. I haven't left there dissatisfied once. I prefer their spinach artichoke dip with pita bread, the shrimp appetizer is also another amazing dish. I generally lean towards more ribs than I do steak however looking at the others at my table they were thoroughly happy with theirs and my ribs were just the right amount of tender and juicy.Parking: Depending on the day it can be packed as per usual with any good steakhouse
