My morning latte only comes from here! Most of the time, it is made perfectly, only a couple of times, I've had to ask to be remade. (Probably a newbie) Most know me, as I have been coming in every morning for years. They know me by name, or call me xxxx's mom, bc my son works there. Occasionally, the wait times, regardless of ordering via mobile order as I'm leaving my house, are a lot longer than expected. I know they are doing their best, though! On a few occasions, I've actually been late to work waiting for the machine to clean or if the staff is busy. I only wait bc it is worth it! Again, it's not an everyday experience. 99% of the time, my drink is sitting there with a glowing halo awaiting me ?I highly recommend their specialty coffee's! Their espresso and syrups are the best, besides DD. Unfortunately, I am not close to a Dunk'ns, or Mickey D's would surely miss me, lol. Nobody can beat their fries, and their McCrispy Delux is ? as long is it is fresh! Same with their Filet-O-Fish!I have also wondered, along with many other customers, why this location doesn't have a soda machine for the customers to get their own refills? I see the front counter employees getting refills, and I know it is a lot of extra work, especially if they have a line of people trying to put in their orders. A big % of early birds who dine in are elderly, so that pretty much eliminates the kiosk option, as most older people prefer to do things the old-fashioned way.Just a thought ?Parking: Getting out of the parking lot can be a nightmare, especially in the morning when you are trying to stop by to grab a latte, then make it on to work! The way the lot is designed with the 2 laned drive thru, most days customers have to wait for the line to die down in order to maneuver around if you do a pick up at the counter, or order inside. (4 stars for the atmosphere) because the parking spots are too close to the drive-thru lanes, making it too narrow to back out. Depending on the parking spot you chose, especially one close to the end of the building closest to the drive-thru, you could be waiting for upwards to 15 minutes! I prefer to order online and pick up at the counter instead of the drive-thru because most times, it can be quicker, as I am always on my way to work.

No one wants to go inside anymore so there is always a very long line at the drive thru, orders are always correct and the staff is friendly and helpful, we just know not to go if you're on your way to work or an appointment

I've been coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid, and it's my favorite McDonald's anywhere. The food tastes significantly better than other McDonald's restaurants every time (the McCrispy is ACTUALLY crispy!), service is faster, and the staff are friendly. When you request a customization to your order, they take it seriously here. It's clear this location is excellently managed.

We go here a lot and 98% of the time it is wrong. Today sandwich wasn’t right and the fries that came with the 10$ meal was not even half full. I will be sitting at the drive thru window from now on checking food before we leave. It used to be cheap enough that o well we would just eat what they gave us but at ten dollars each we can go get better food elsewhere.

My burger was incorrect. They left off most of the toppings. On the plus side the fries were fresh. Seems they need more help in the front as there was only one person and the line was wrapped to the dining area.
