Great pizza and the Cinnamon Snazzy makes a tasty dessert. Fast, friendly service on carry outs.

I can’t give this a zero, but that’s what they deserve. Manager tried to get smart with me (dude with grey beard acts like he has some sort of authority anyway..) when they burnt my food and told me they had to remake it after waiting an HOUR for an order I placed over an hour prior. Get told “it’s next it’s next..” Excuse was “well we are busy so you’re gonna wait longer.” Not the only place that’s busy and never had this with any other spot.Terrible customer service. A shame this location used to be a decent spot, now is trash. Take the extra time to drive to Catlettsburg or Greenup Avenue. Won’t get my money again. Would rather eat frozen red baron than deal with this garbage. Hopefully it closes so someone with a brain can open something better.

So. I've ate alot of Giovanni's in my life. 12-20-23 at South Ashland Giovanni's is the absolute worst Giovanni's I've ate at. Got a 19inch party special with 2 orders of cheese sticks. So burnt. The kids wont eat it. Lacked cheese. Entirely to much sauce. Not a good experience what do ever. Wont go back.

This Giovanni's restaurant is closest to my home, so it's my usual choice for ordering, but I'm considering stopping. I feel the staff lacks proper training in preparing the dishes, or perhaps they simply don't care. The pizza routinely has excessive cheese and sauce. When you request a light serving of these, they almost disappear.Last night, we ordered a party special with a 19-inch pepperoni pizza, two orders of cheese sticks, a Big Red sandwich, and a cookie. While the cookie and cheese sticks were acceptable, the pizza was overladen with sauce and cheese. The sandwich, which was supposed to be a Big Red, turned out to be an Italian.I called the store and asked for a Big Red replacement, which they prepared. After picking it up and returning home, I discovered the sandwich lacked the Red sauce, the integral component that makes a Big Red. Additionally, they didn't remake the fries. Although there was nothing inherently wrong with the fries, they had turned cold by the time I got back home from the store, so I would have appreciated a fresh batch.I'm tired of spending a significant amount on Giovanni's, which isn't cheap, only to receive subpar food. If you plan to visit a Giovanni's, I recommend trying another location, such as the one on Greenup Avenue.

Garden salad is lettuce onion and tomato.. yuk. Told us to wait 25-30 mins. Got there in about 20 mins. Cheese sticks cold and looked days old. The bag of chips were good.
I can’t speak to the atmosphere but the food was good and the service was friendly. We called in our order and picked it up. It was ready on time.Dietary restrictions: They have a cauliflower crust which was good. My wife can’t have gluten so that’s a nice option.

Worst food I’ve had in a hot min. My fries were not put in the bag as ordered and I had to wait another 15 mins, only for them to be raw. My sandwich was smothered in mayo, and I was given a spoonful of lettuce on it. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Worst pizza I have had in a while. Very doughy, wet, not much taste. Really basic chain pizza restaurant. Frozen dough and a conveyor pizza oven.
