Ordered a chicken chalupa and nacho fries. Was handed this "taco" and nacho fries. They did give me a chalupa after I told them my order was wrong and said they would let me keep this so called taco lol Fries were so cold they may have been cooked yesterday and the chalupa was so messy sour cream was falling out of both ends. Would not recommend 0/10.

Stood at the front for 5 minutes to get a single taco. Employee's kept looking at me and walking past without acknowledging me or taking my order. Got frustrated and left.

I don't understand how you can't get the order wrong every single time. I'm not kidding every time we have gone through this drive thru they get our order completely wrong and in most cases give us the food that the car behind us ordered. The managment here needs massive improvements. I guess they like giving refunds from all the wrong orders. Do better kFC/Taco Bell
