I came in for the Easter Buffet and couldn’t be more disappointed. Not only was none of the food warm but the whole reason I came was the protein options, none of which were good. Overcooked ham, dry mahi mahi and I don’t believe for a second that was actually prime rib. This was our first time at this restaurant and none of the 6 of us will be back again. We thought we were getting a meal worth the price. Golden Corral would have been a much better option. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I'm not one to complain, but today Easter Sunday we went for the buffet. It was $34 without a drink. So you would think for $34 it would be a awesome buffet. Think again the prim rib was tough and not real hot. The fish was over cooked. The dinner rolls were cold. The dessert was not anything special. You could have went to Walmart and have gotten better desserts. Have ate at the Winchester several times and loved it. Definitely won't be back for the buffet. The chair we sat in were very dirty.

Very Pleasant Restaurant Experience with great staff and pleasing decor/ambiance. Got to try crab rangoons for the first time and it was superb!. Now resting in my hotel room here which is also very pleasant with extremely comfortable beds. Great experience.

The Winchester is a beautiful, modern, rustic establishment with excellent, quality food and service. I had the Bourbon Salmon with Garlic Green Beans and a baked potato paired with a Broadside Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert was a brownie cheesecake. Live music added an excellent ambiance to the dinner. Our waiter was excellent. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the worst service in Ashland, our waiter was just dumbfounded. Waited 40 min for food, waited 43 minutes for a refill on our pops, and this place wasn’t even busy or packed. Meanwhile there was 4 male waiters hanging all over 3 female guest and I can’t even get a refill or warm food. Over priced for cold food and I ordered a steak medium well and when it came it was well and charred on the edges and my wife’s crab legs was cold as a cucumber as well as my steak. I’ve been there twice and both times was horrible. Won’t be back, this place could learn something from Texas Roadhouse for sure.

Nice staff and restaurant seems clean and organized but I ordered a grilled chicken salad last night and the chicken was overcooked and barely edible. I decided to give them another shot and tried the steak medalians prepared medium. They were medium rare and whatever seasoning is on the filet is very very bad. Honestly tasted more like hamburger seasoning. Pretty disappointed with the food.

Very good food and beautiful restaurant located inside The Delta. Server was okay, restaurant wasn’t super busy but server seemed overwhelmed.

After being open several years I just ate here for the first time. The restaurant is really nice inside and looked very clean and modern. I met friends for dinner, we had reservations so we didn't have any wait time to be seated which was nice. Our server was with us within a few minutes taking our drink orders and answering a few questions about the menu. We placed our orders and received some appetizers fairly quickly. Our entrees were a different story though, it took almost an hour to get our food. While there were several occupied tables I wouldn't say they were especially busy. We did have a party of ten but everyone ordered items on the menu without any changes at all. Two members of our party were brought something completely different than what they ordered, the server promptly took them back and said he would bring them what they ordered, by the time they got their food everyone was nearly finished with their meals. My food was good and prepared as I ordered it but it was luke warm at best when I got it. Everyone at the table seemed to have the same problem. Taste wise my food was good and had it been hot I probably would have really enjoyed what I ordered. We were at the table for nearly two hours and during that time management didn't stop by to check on whether we were happy with our meals and service. The two members of our party that had been served the wrong meals weren't comped or offered any sort of extras, which I felt they should have been taken care of in some way. Our server was good as far as taking care of us but didn't offer any explanation for why our friend's food was wrong. I felt the menu was a little pricey even though the food was okay. This is probably not somewhere that I will ever go back to.

Parking: The hotel has a parking lot you can use. When you go to the restaurant you can ask for a paper to put on your dashboard that allows you to park there but it's not like anyone actually checks for it

Updated review at end:I love coming here because the food is delicious and love the atmosphere but something happened today that just shattered my heart. I stopped in to get my favorite thing in the world, the Potato Croquettes. I tell everyone I meet about the Potato Croquettes because they are so unique and delicious!!! Today when I ordered them I was told they don’t make them anymore, even though the guests loved them. I just want a reason, closure maybe. I want to understand what caused this decision. I hope I hear back as to the specifics of why they were discontinued. I didn’t even know the last visit I had here that I was eating my last Potato Croquette, I would have savored it more. ?? please reconsider.BRING. BACK. THE. CROQUETTES. ?️?UPDATE: Wow. This is a great business, they actually listen to their customers feedback!! THEY ARE BACK baby . the coveted potato croquettes are back. We did it everyone, it’s a great day. I got two orders today and will be back soon. Thank you Winchester , from all of us. ❤️ I now have no complaints about the Winchester. It’s a great place to eat and relax. 10000/10.
