I have always loved Tim Hortons! The Ashland, KY location is very nice but Portsmouth has changed it but. Portsmouth used to be my favorite location. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of moral among their employees or if they are just having trouble finding help post Covid. The drinks are always delicious and the donuts (as you can see) are great, but the food has not been great particularly the Waffle Sandwich & the Potato Soup. First time coming here there food was amazing love there cream cheese bagels they have three different flavors of cream cheese. Also got a ham and cheese sandwich Very good they served it on ciabatta bread. The restaurant was very clean had a wonderful atmosphere. Had great service The workers was very polite My dad also got coffee and said it was the best he had ever tasted.Wheelchair accessibility: They have plenty of handicap parking.
