I placed on online order that had third party items in it. They arrived ripped and not the size I ordered. Did a return online which was easy enough but I chose to return to the store instead of getting a label because I thought that would be faster. I was soooooo wrong. I placed an online order and apparently some of the order was to be delivered by "Tim". The items were left beside public mailboxes in the floor. Who does that?? When I called over and over, there were no apologizes and I had to get a refund. It was awful! I've learned my lesson

I tried calling thenumberposted online at 2 pm. I dialed O for operator andit rang 27 times and them stopped. At least Lowes has a default operator that answers and then checks for you. He was very couteous and helpful. I have boycotted the store for years. Maybe they knew it was me caling or maybe it is just an incompetent business that gives the poorest service possible to people who have not caught on to what a waste of time it is to go there.
