This is an issue with alot of places and it's wrong to give the ones whom don't do anything the same pay as ones who work their butt off and care about their job. Wake up America. Equal opportunity equals Equal pay. If I have 5 plus years and some one gets hired who has never worked in the business should not be getting the same pay!! Give the hard working person who cares more money than the ones who know nothing and does nothing. It's time to show the world what caring people can do without having someone take advantage. Besides where is owners to give raises anyway anymore. And do they know what they are doing?? Just because you have money to open a business does not mean you know it all. It only means you got a chance when others never had one. So help the best workers get paid for their knowledge and kindness but not what others only see with their eyes still shut. Give everyone a chance and if don't have loyalty, trust and honesty anywhere and everywhere Ain't no one got anything. “I have been to many DQ's and this one has to be the #1 in food and cleanliness. Food is always fresh and taste excellent, lot's of friendly staff and always with a smile. I have eaten at this location many, many times and never had bad experience. My favorite is the FlameThrower burger, just perfect to give you a kick. If you are ever in Barbourville make sure you eat at this DQ, promise you won't be disappointed.“

“We stopped at this location on our way through. There was excatly 14 people back in the kitchen area. However, no one would come to the register to take an order. After five minutes someone did. Then it took even longer to get two coffees (plain) and one burger. Maybe work on management and less helpers.“
