Noone was in this place when we came. The 2 girls were talking and on cell phones when I had to ask for my food that was sitting in the window for at least 6 -10 mins. And the order was wrong. The greeting by the blond girl was cold and she really hates her job you can tell by how she carroed

The fish and hushpuppies are the best for fast food. No photos...I was really hungry and missed my chance.
This is, without a doubt, my favorite Captain D's. The food is hot and delicious, and the portions are generous. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is kept clean (unlike others I've visited). Although I live in Louisville, I'll drive to Bardstown any day for the best! Highly recommended!

Went there on July 4th at noon for lunch. My batter dipped fish was doughy between the crust and fish. Both baked potatoes were very dark, probably leftover from the day before. My wife had cold rice and broccoli. On a good note, they did refund our money.

They kept my credit card barely apologize for it I had to drive back from Springfield Kentucky back to Bardstown to pick up my debit card never asked for any conversation or can we give you a free drink can we give you a free dessert nothing. Food was mediocre.

Captain D’s??? More like Captain A’s!!! It must be a special lard or something…this place is great! Way better than the B-Town long John’s- that place is gross. BTW, I met Corey (one of the owners) and he was different but sooo nice! All around great experience with the Captain!!! Aye aye Captain!
