An absolute joke of a store. I am done coming here. The last two times I have tried to do an online order I have gotten an email saying my pizza was done after about 15-20 minutes. Show up to the store and it has been no where to be found. This time when they couldn’t find my pizza I would have figured they would had started on my pizza right away. Well I sat there in the store for another 20 minutes and after nothing I get someone at the fronts attention to get the status on my pizza and they hadn’t even started on it yet! The most unorganized place I have ever been to in my life.

I've always said smell alone will sell me a Little Caesars and you can't go within seeing distance of this place without magically teleporting to the drive thru.The only suggestion I have is make sure to download the app and get those rewards and coupons!

this bardstown location NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND LESSONS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO MAKE QUALITY GOOD FOOD WITH OUT HAIR. I came through the drive thru yesterday around 4:30 and the girl who took my order was very sweet and kinda, she worked hard and she seemed like a joy. However, the general manager there is very rude, I have came multiple times and she has treated her employees horribly everytime. She’s very unprofessional, no employees should be treated in such a horrible way.
