This long John silvers at the corner of 245 just adjacent to the Bluegrass Parkway. Serves a large part of the community. It is also an A&W hamburger joint.I’ve been eating there for years. They serve good hot food, quick out the drive-through.I’ve always been pleased with the customer service and never had any problems with eating there ever since 2003It’s Long John Silver’s. It’s just across the street from Walmart next to Lowe’s in cracker barrel. It has a limited parking area and it’s not for a big rigs. You have to park elsewhere.Parking: The parking is not for anybody. Pulling a trailer you have to park on just the other side.Kid-friendliness: There is no area for children to move about in the parking lot or nearby

My fiance just went through the drive thru at the Bardstown Ky location, and when he got home with the order we opened our bag and we were just in shock what we got for $30. He ordered cheese curds, a cheeseburger meal (A&W) 2 popcorn shrimp baskets which includes popcorn shrimp, 1 side and 2 hushpuppies per a basket. There were 5-7 pieces of popcorn shrimp in each bag, 1 side of cole slaw and no hushpuppies. I tried calling to speak to a manager 4 times and no one would answer the phone.

I’m glad I didn’t let the recent negative reviews scare me away from here. The dining room was open, and there were ample, friendly staff. The restaurant looks very clean, and the food was great. The only setback was the dining room’s ice machine was broken, but the staff proactively offered us ice at the counter. We’ll definitely be back.

5 staff there and the only thing open is the drive thru, all the time. The staff are rude, argumentative, and act like they don't want to be there and some even appear to be on substances, knodding off while standing up.I get it, LJS isn't paying great, but if you don't want to do the job someone else will. Look at all the reviews commenting on the rude staff. It's not just me. The food is subpar ( and that's being nice) at best. This afternoonwas the last chance I was willing to give, and by the looks of the reviews others are done too.

Didn't get to eat because they didn't open. I called on the inside but no one answered the phone but there was people inside but they would not come to the window or the door.

Tried to eat here while on vacation. Unfortunately, it is drive thru only. Who wants to eat fish in their car? (Website says dine in.)

Twice now, we’ve gotten the wrong order and been charged wrong. We've came through the drive through and asked for a “number two with two chicken and a Dr pepper, and a number number three fish sandwhich with rootbeer” and neither times have we gotten anything close to that. Tonight we revived a double cheeseburger with Pepsi, and 2 fish combo with Lemon lime?? The cashier at the window was nice and helpful, but whoever is working the drive thru has no idea what they’re doing! I multiple times stated a number two with chicken, and a number three fish sandwich. How it can be taken any other way is beyond me. Even the drinks were wrong!! Cooperate would be smart to shut this place down.

Great food, just hardly ever open. Call first or take your chances on being disappointed. Sad, since the food is good and the staff is friendly (when they are actually open).

My husband and I have attempted to visit this restaurant four times in the last four months during their posted business hours. Twice they have been closed; once with no sign to explain why, and once with a scrawled sign that said "Staffing issues." On the other two occasions, only the drive-thru was open; the doors to the restaurant were locked. Today we called twice to see if they were open; both times the telephone rang at least ten times, but no one answered. We will not try again. If the owners and managers can't be bothered to staff the restaurant and keep reasonable business hours, then I can't be bothered to give them any business.

The food was good, and the service was slow but friendly. We almost turned around because this place looks like it's not open!
