Won't ever be back food was horrible crust was so tough it was hard to eat. How insulting, pick up saw like 20 pizza dought just sitting on the shelf drying out? Guess that's why I couldn't chew it?Damn, what happened to papa johns?

No complaints, such wonderful staff, our pizzas were exactly how we ordered and Soooo tasty!!!!!
Ordered online, didn't receive all my order. Called them and they gave me a credit for the missing item. Next time I ordered, I did it over the phone and asked for my credit,,,,they failed to tell me you only get your credit if you pick it up

I’m only posting this in hopes of helping someone else out before placing an online order with this Papa Johns. My wife had placed a large order for a later time the day of delivery. 45 minutes before the actually time of the requested delivery, my wife gets a call saying the pizzas are ready at the location of delivery. We were just pulling into the location to get everything set up, as it was still well before the time we requested. Long story short. The delivery guy gets smart with my wife, proceeds to hang up and flips us the bird as he drove off. Called and spoke to the manager and they were little to no help either. Classless establishment. Can easily say we’ll never order from this Papa johns again.

I love the new chicken parm papa bites! They are only 5 dollars too, you cant even eat for that at taco bell anymore. Would definitely recommend.

Bardstown papa johns has completely went down hill sloppy pizza. Cheese sticks never have cheese on them. Service including customer service sucks and ive tried adding pics below but it won't load.
