Took over 45 min to receive our food and still haven't gotten it yet this is ridiculous waited another 45 min and then was told I could leave if I didn't like the wait so I ended up going to burger king. Do not recommend. Completely

I'm a dasher. I've had my issues with almost every restaurant I pick up from, but Sonic takes the cake. To pick up my food, I have to stand by a door and wait for the employees (who may not even see me) to notice I'm there for DoorDash. Then, once I have been noticed, I have to KEEP waiting in whatever weather is going on outside. They will not bring my order to my car, a place where I can keep myself at a reasonable temperature without worrying about precipitation, and it's ridiculous! I understand why I am no longer able to walk in and grab the food, it's a safety issue that's completely reasonable. But why should I have to wait outside for what could be a long time for my DoorDash order in cold, extremely hot, rainy, or any other inconvenient weather the day brings? It's completely unprofessional on Sonic's part. What should happen is the dasher should pull into a stall, notify the employees they have arrived, and wait in their cars for them to bring out the food. And I know it's not a problem for the employees, whom which I have heard similar complaints from. Whoever came up with the current method of picking up a DoorDash order either needs a change of mindset or a change of position. Period.

We went through the drive thru and got corn dogs with fries and pretzel. The corn dogs were burnt so badly we couldn't even eat them. The fries were cold and soggy. If I could give them negative stars I would. The pretzel was good.I will probably give them another chance because everyone has bad days but someone bagged those wretched things up and bagged them up like that on purpose. That is unacceptable. Do better!

Way to slow hire more staff. Was a 2 star rating now I put it at 1. .. lady got attitude because I wanted to pay for the car behind me... got all huffy because she had to go back and do her job. They truly need to close it no one wants to wait in the drive through for ten minutes on just a drink...... service has gone down big time. You can't even order at the stalls you are forced to the drive through
