A lot of employees here just standing around doing nothing. A lot of the time.Cups are never filled, if I’m paying $8.95 for a coffee I would love for it to be more than half full.Takes about 15-25 minutes for a coffee even if ordered ahead online.There used to be a manager here I loved who was always positive and kept the pace moving but I haven’t seen him in a while and the store is definitely struggling without him.
I walked in and waited in line for about 3.5 minutes, and then when it was my turn to order I asked for a vanilla iced coffee. And then the barista called me a nincompoop and told to jump off of a bridge. Then proceeded to chuck a boiling hot coco with marshmallows at my face. Then she tackled me to the ground and poured hazelnut coffee syrup in my eyes. I causally picked her up and threw her into a elderly customer. Her name was Janice. every employee here deserves $30.00 an hour. they are so inundated with online orders, drive thru, delivery service orders, in person, etc. and they are all still so kind and welcoming. imagine coming on here and leaving a bad review because of something small or petty. go outside!
