Ordered roasted chicken got turkey not toasted no pepper cheese and doused in Buffalo sauce. Churro was so gummy and cold we couldn't eat it. My wife's veggie sub had so much mayo she couldn't eat
Ordered food online tonight for pick up. When we got it home we found that the order was incorrect. The toppings for 1 sandwich was on the other and vice versa.Upon calling to request a refund we were informed the sandwiches could be remade or refunded provided we return to the store, 15 minutes away, with the receipt and sandwiches. I have zero desire to drive 30 minutes round trip to get what I have already ordered and paid $35 for.Will not be returning.

Draftonville subway at 10 in the morning can't get a sandwich! Only one person working! The person who is working is too busy to wait on me!!! Customer service apparently comes last!!!! Not a single customer in there but me!! No star ratings
