This place is a joke! Always out of everything!! Food is never fully cooked! And workers never seem to care! It's too expensive for that and I will not return!

Usually a decent snack while in the mall. If the pretzel bites are fresh, they are outstanding. Always an interesting customer service experience as you never know what you will get. Lots of variants of the pretzel bites and the mini corndogs are a favorite as well.

It’s disappointing that they don’t actually make pretzels ready to order anymore. I did a grub hub order for that reason. Sticks and bites are an option but I always choose the pretzel with no problem. My last order was sticks, completely ignoring what I ordered. I get that it might be easier for the employee. But it isn’t what I ordered.

Bad experience!! Server had Airpods in her ears and was talking on the phone with someone while she was ringing me up. Pretzels were dry, hard, and burnt on the bottom. Tasted like they were sitting under the heat lamp for 3 days. Totally wasted $8!

Only gave 1 star because I had to. Very disappointed in the unprofessional staff they have working there. On Veterans Day we were greeted by Michael, whom stands at the register chowing down on the product. We were told earlier in the day that veterans receive a free pretzel. As a veteran, we asked Michael about it - whom snickered and responded with, “is that really a thing?”As we walked away, I was shocked to hear “always expecting a hand out”.To the owners of this store, you should really evaluate who you have representing your business. As for Michael, my husband and I fought for your freedom so you could openly express your opinion, you’re welcome!

I purchased a bottle of water and a cup of pretzels it was $9.65.The pretzels were so dry and hard that I took them back and was given another cup that wasn't any better. The young lady informed me that they were just cooked. They were burnt on the bottom as well. She said she didn't see anything wrong with them...I guess everything is getting high but it's to high to pay for something that you can't eat and attitude to boot.

I was in the mall on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:00. While leaving the mall I usually grab a cup of pretzel bites at this location. Normally they are fantastic but today they were awful and I threw away my $7.68 worth of product. The pretzel bites were not cut into bites at all just like the girl that couldn’t get up off her chair she didn’t bother cutting them up either. They had been sitting quit a while. To the fact they were crusty with dryness and not warm either.I didn’t return to the store because the 2 girls working there were on rolling chair’s and didn’t bother getting up to wait on me so why would they care of if they were dry and crusty. She knew when she sold them to me.I know how hard it is to find help now a day, I to own my own business, but that was very uncalled for. I will not ever buy them again in the middle of the afternoon only when I can smell them cooking and make sure they don’t pull a fast one on me again. Frustrating to say the least.

This was the worst cinnamon pretzel I have had from any Auntie Anne's. Since being new to the area, I was happy to see an Auntie Anne's. The cashier employee also needs as attitude adjustment. Could not get a receipt either. No other customers, saw 3-4 employees, don't think I deserved the unfriendly treatment. Wish I had gone to CinnaBon across the way from them instead.

Auntie Anne's is a staple of many peoples lives, but not mine. I don't go to the mall, but when I do, I try to eat in the mall as well. Every thing they serve is delicious and my foray into mini pretzel dogs was no exception. Pretzels are wound around cocktail wieners and baked. With or without mustard these things are wonderful, maybe just right for above toddler hands too? No pictures because I'm a pig. #115

I love these pretzels but they are never made fresh and the staff is never friendly!

Poor service. Happened to stop by in town a couple of times. Huge Auntie Anne’s fan, borderline addict. But this is a pretty bad location. I went twice and both servers had an attitude before I said anything. I was the only one saying things like please and thank you; they were the ones taking a tone, being curt, etc. It was weird—like they were the customers and I was the server. I’d sooner invest time in learning how to make my own than come here again. Just searched and there’s another pretzel place at the mall so hopefully that can be my new go to.

Horrible service at this location. I gave it a few tries but clearly that's just the norm. Staff is rude, brusque, and acts like the last thing they want to do is help. However, I did discover a local pretzel place called the Knotty Pretzel. They deliver anywhere in BG. Their pretzels are chewy on the outside and melty on the inside. Legitimately the best I've ever had, no competition. They take all my money

I like the cinnamon sugar pretzels not enough to justify the high cost of their pretzels. Not had one in over a year. Don't miss it. Make your own is easy and MUCH CHEAPER!
