This was a 2 scoop Sunday BEFORE we ever took a bite. It was about 3 tablespoons of ice cream with a tiny bit of hot fudge for $5.79. No nuts or whip per request. We can get a container at WM for $4 and it has 3x the amount.

I am only giving 1 star as 0 stars is not an option. Never in my life have I met a more rude and grumpy old woman behind a counter. I am not sure what she she decided she didn't like about me from the moment I walked through the door, but wow what a poor attitude. I thought ice cream was supposed to be happy and fun. They don't update the menu on their website. They don't answer the phone when you call ahead to confirm the menu before driving 40 miles one way, and then she acts like the customer is out of line for not settling for something else. I didn't realize that I owed her my money for something that I didn't want. BTW, her husband is a Great guy. I have no idea what he sees in her. I just read the reviews. Apparently she has a habit of mistreating customers. I won't be back.

All summer we have enjoyed the quality and quantity. On our last visit the portion size was 50% smaller. I called this to the attention of the person who appeared to be the manager. Her response was that I must have been "over served" previously and could pay for a larger serving. I stated that all I wanted to do was pay and leave. She wouldn't even tell me what I owed until I listened to her minute-long spew on why my small portion was correct. I guess she felt that humiliating a customer was good customer relations. Well if the 50% of the quantity is gone, then so am I. I really don't need anymore lectures.

Excellent store. Spacious. Great service. Aside from your 31+ flavors, they have offerings of everything from coffee drinks, juicy drinks, chocolate covered bananas and popcycles, clown cones, cakes and more!I tried their newest summer flavor, Beach Day, and it's my favorite!

Customer service is always excellent but the wit times are incredibly long. Today we had 2 cars ahead of us and we waited 25 minutes. That's the only complaint we have. Mint n chip is always good.
