Ordered a cheeseburger and fries with no novo sauce and avocado. My receipt was correct and the ticket received with order was correct. Came with sauce and no avocado. I took it back to the counter. 1 manager said they could remake my burger but it would take a while. I asked if they could remake my fries so they didn’t get cold while I waited. Had to wait for another manager who told me I could put my fries under the warmer while I waited. The food was really good once finished!

Found this when looking for a burger and bowl spot. Neat and big enough for 30 tables. Nice food and staff, would love to come again. This restaurant does have great burgers, but they also have one of the best chicken sandwiches in town.
Salads, burgers and fries are all upper level quality. Great spot to eat!

As soon as I entered the establishment, the ambiance and atmosphere is pleasant. The dining area is clean and the food is superb! The executive burger is very tasty with a unique taste coupled with fries and iced coffee latte that is very delicious. The grilled chicken sandwich is juicy and tasty, their chocolate shake is just the right amount of sweetness. First time customer here but will definitely be back!

I like this place a lot. The ambiance was cool, I wouldn't care to hang out there regularly if we lived nearby. We shared their fried chicken sandwich, the melt, and a basket of fries, and it was just the perfect amount for 2. Food came out promptly and was as described on the menu. Their fries are delicious! Not sure how dining in is as we ordered to-go, but all their packaging was environmentally friendly which makes me happy. Too much plastic and styrofoam is used these days and it's awful.The only odd thing about this place is you don't interact with staff, you have to order off a screen while they stand there watching you so that was uncomfortable. I'd get if they were trying to save salary by having a customer order on their own and just have kitchen staff with a runner or two, but there was a lot of staff there ready to work, so it makes more sense to utilize the screens if it's super busy. I also don't know anything about running a restaurant so I'll stop there lol.
