Paid $40 through the app to find out over hald my order wasnt in stock. There were No Fries, No Cheese Tots, No Milkshake, No Honeymustard. The burgers were old. All they could do is write my name in the book for a free milshake. I have to dispute the refund through the app.My fiance took 1 bite of his burger before it hit the trash. His mom had to stop halfway through hers otherwise she wouldve been sick. I was really hoping this location wouldn't be the typical disappointment it always is and I have no idea why I had higher expectations.

My family and I went into Scottsville BK today and it seemed only 3 people working. They were so calm and collected. Very polite and very busy. We were highly impressed with how they kept their cool under pressure and took care of everyone the best they could. We appreciate them coming into to work even on this hard day. The restaurant was pretty clean for how busy it was.

This is one of the few places in Bowling Green where the employees don't act like they hate you. My food has consistently been cooked fresh and correct. Any time there has been an error it either wasn't their fault or quickly resolved. I can't emphasize enough how kind their employees are compared to the rest of this city.

Someone I used to call a friend works there's still and everything I get there is always wrong and is never fully cooked. Not a good place to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I mean how hard is it not to put onions on when it says it on the receipt....

People were arguing in the back about who's responsible for making the mistakes on an order had 2 people trying and no one was trying to help
Food is disgusting, chicken sandwich dried up and lettuce shriveled up. Fries cold and undercooked also over salted. Sprite was watered down. Waste of money and time. Black guy working window too nosy, watching you open your wallet and asking personal questions.

Had coupons and it wasn't busy and still I had to pull up and wait for my change back and took so long we just left and guess they got a 3 dollar tip and won't do that again.Parking: They used be better than they are now,so not going there again
