“This is the first time having Chick-fil-A, and overall... I am extremely pleased with my experience!The employees are so friendly, they go above and beyond what they are required to do! The food was spectacular, just so flavorful and scrumptious. “In Bowling Green, KY, I was ON Nashville Rd, less than a mile from the Chick-fil-A ON Nashville Rd, but the app said Campbell Lane location was closer, and technically we have TWO locations on Campbell Lane. It just makes it easily confusing!! Anyhow I just clicked nearest location and it didn't register it wasn't right, so no breakfast today! ????? So beware, the phone app doesn't update your location very fast. Don't assume it is correct.“
“I show up twice a month to pick up platters for my employees. I arrive at 6:30am on the dot, and the employees are lively, friendly and very responsive. I'm surprised by the kindness and liveliness of the employees especially that early in the morning.This establishment shows values to their customers.“
