CICIS used to be such a good place to go and have a good pizza meal experience with the brownies and cinnamon rolls of course! Brownies were my fav! Went to this one twice, both times no brownies. I asked if they had any today, got a bland "nope." Proceeded to ask why, and got "our prep person doesn't want to prep them." Apparently no one here has manners here either. A simple, "I'm sorry we don't have them today" would have went along way.Besides this, the place was disgusting. Tables weren't clean, every chair is covered in God knows what, windows looked like they hadn't been washed in years. I'm honestly shocked this place is still open at this point. Before you eat here, I'd look at the bar and seating area before spending your money.

3.4 stars.Cici's is a cheap buffet style meal. Mostly bread with a smattering of random toppings or combinations. Pizzas come out every few minutes or so and chef calls out what just came out. Pizza is just okay, thus the luke warm review. Dessert pizzas and brownies are included with salad and pasta bar. Games are scattered through the building and include arcade games and pop a shot type games. Restaurant was decently clean, and you are mostly on your own from there.
This place should probably be shut down as it's an embarrassment to the franchise.A pressure washer couldn't clean this location.... you'd have to replace everything. There are layers of dirty rag wipes on the entire restaurant...evidence that someone tried years ago to clean it. My wife and I felt gross the entire time I was in there.At one point I found a sanitizer dispenser on the wall, and after I made a special trip to use it, when I sat down I pulled out my chair to sit down and my hand was gross again. I just used a fork that I prayed had been washed...to eat pizza.We asked if they were going to bring out pasta twice, the second time finally interrupting the only adult employee (cashier, probably manager?) because he was stuck on his phone and employees wouldn't make eye contact without being asked directly, and the first kid just kind of nodded and wandered off. After that, we had to interrupt the manager's phone time again to ask if they could bring out Alfredo sauce for the pasta.We had to hunt for a table that looked like it may have been recently wiped. Most still had plates and glasses on the tables, even though only 4 tables were occupied. I've been to 3 or 4 Cici's and this location is an embarrassment to the chain.I understand it was just after 730 when we arrived, I'm sure the rush had just ended. But how do you leave your dining room trashed and just stand there texting, not refilling your bar, not cleaning?I can only imagine the back of the restaurant is worse, and won't be returning next week when we're back in town.

The CiCi's pizza in my area has been shut down for 15+ years, and coming to Bowling Green was a 1200+ mile round trip excursion to visit here. It was worth every minute of driving, every second my stomach rumbled as I purposefully didn't eat so I could enjoy the succulent taste of a childhood I've all but forgotten.Words cannot describe the uproarious shouts as the manager bellowed out his pizza decrees. Cheeseburger, taco, buffalo chicken, what would the madman concoct next?
