Placed a cake order for 5pm pickup, arrived to pickup my cake and was told, “we dropped the ball and forgot to call you- your cake is at the other location due to our decorator being put in the hospital.” Obviously things happen, but no effort was made to make it right by the manager. They just made it my problem, so I had to drive across town and was late to my own child’s birthday. The cake wasn’t even ready at the other location! The bar for customer service is low in 2024, but this was even poorer than expected.

I did order a lot of food. Kid you not the parking lot was empty. There was one car behind us. When getting to the window they didn't know my order, they shutting the window in my face, and just handing orders out without Reading a single item. We get our food and missing my mint chocolate blizzard, got sprites instead of mt.dew, cold food, and more. I called the store the manager said due to our big order is the reason our food is cold. Not only to mention the bacon on the burger was raw. She offered to replace the burger and fries. I'm irritated. I will never be back and for some reason this day I was craving it and was getting it for my family. Just not the service anyone should have even when training. VERY UPSET AND IRRITATED

No one answers drive through for 5 minutes so I pull around and employee is taking a personal phone call out front arguing with someone. When I ask if anyone is working she just glares and turns around. So I left. Fire your worthless

I sat and waited 5 minutes on someone to take my order inthe drive thru at the speaker. Then I ordered biscuits and gravy pulled around to the window and the lady took my payment and as she handed my card back she said we are waiting on biscuits and slammed the window and it was about 10 minutes before I got my food. Well the gravy didn't have the sausage in it and the hash brown was burnt and cold and looked like it had been dropped back in the oil to be warmed back up. I'm very unhappy?

After a long wait in the drive thru, I ordered a deluxe burger with all the trimmings. What I got was, no lettuce, no tomatoe, no mayo, over cooked dry patties. I should of went to Wendy's. If you are going to get the order wrong, why is it never in favor of the customer?

At first I thought well they're busy give them the benefit of doubt.. but nope today there was only 1 other car and still got my order completely wrong ?

Waited in the drive thru line for approximately 45 min, trapped between two cars (so we couldn’t move). Terrible customer service and my food was not fresh or made correctly. Won’t be back.

Floors are sticky, food took forever and was brought to the wrong table even though they give you a number to put on your table, between the soft drink machine and counter was gross looks like the have been sweeping a months worth of trash between there. Food was good.
