“The store in Russellville, Ky gets ALL of my stars . They are the best all around..,. NOW, it comes to the Franklin Kentucky restaurant better yet the Bowling Green Kentucky the one on 31W.. they get No Stars.... They the most inconsiderate horrible attitude wouldn't spit on you if you's on fire type of people..... Ignore you look right through you and act like you're not even there you don't exist to them.. don't ask for anything special cuz you won't get it.. have you sitting there in drive-thru for 45 minutes & you won't get your ice cream , u will get a liquid puddle.... And they still won't acknowledge you they won't do anything to fix anything they mess up either.... Seems like they all hate life , they all get paid to just breathe ,Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible everywhere around that restaurant, that's great ?“
“DQ is still a good burger and ice cream option, with a $7 meal deal that’s a hard to beat combo for a light meal with a dessert. Pretty decent burgers, nothing really unique but not bad. Ice cream is their own brand of soft serve which is tasty and goes well with your comfort foods. This restaurant is usually pretty slow, lots of staffing issues, but the ones who do show up are doing their best. Store is dated but kept clean.“
