Great place for quick bite. Got there when they were hot so always a great treat. The staff was very polite and helpful as I was a new ice coffee drinker for Krispy cream. The coffee was really good. Will definitely go back.

Over-rated nasty doughnuts. $15 a dozen of plain glazed doughnuts. I don't go to Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but a friend was selling coupons ($14.50) for her kids' school. I would rate them a ZERO, but it won't let you.

We had a great experience at Krispy Kreme today in Bowling Green Kentucky. We ordered a dozen glazed donuts and they were so tasty and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and organized. The restroom was clean.

Jennifer helped us at the drive through, or rather did not help us. She spoke as if she wasn’t listening to our order and made it very complicated. She was kind but kept mishearing us no matter how many times we repeated ourselves. I asked for 2 chocolate kreme filled and 1 strawberry and she put in the reverse so when we asked to fix it, she somehow switched the kreme filled to custard filled. The order was completely wrong! Friday February 23rd about 9:45-10pm. Your website says you close at 11. The parking lot was very dark. I had to drive into the lot to check if the store was open. I could barely hear the girl on the Drivethru intercom and told her at least 3 times I could not hear her. I am NOT hard of hearing. I get to the window and she told me the total amount, she spoke so quietly that I then realized what the problem was. She barely spoke to me and never cracked a smile. When I spoke to her she just stared at me glaringly. Makes me not want to come back ever again.
The red light doughnuts are the absolute best. Friendly staff, fast service.

1st of all.... The old lady that works there is nuts... As soon as I pulled up she starts yelling at me that she can't breathe & I need to turn my truck off... But my truck is only loud & old... Not smoking... Lol, I didn't even know she worked there until I held the door open for her & then she puts on the hat... Ohhh me , so of course I beat her to the counter & luckily someone else waited on me... Which she was great... But that old lady then tells me that I need to get my dog some donuts & if I can't afford that then I need to share that I bought plenty... Then smiles big, as if that makes it ok to say whatever u like to me...as long as u smile big ... WHAT !?!.. bipolar much !!! What a awesome start to my day.... PLUS the donuts are way overpriced & then overpriced again... It's ridiculous how much they cost & they don't taste as good as they use to, I swear !!! I will never again go buy a regular o' donut for that amount ever again... Nothing special... To be honest my FAV DONUT SHOP IS SHIPLEY'S DONUTS... NOW THERES SOME GOOD FRESH DONUTS & REASONABLE PRICED... SORRY BUT IVE ALWAYS BEEN A SHIPLEY'S GIRL ANYWAYS.... I KNEW BETTER... SORRY.... NOT SORRY !!!Parking: Parking sucks, hard to get into the area where you can finally park... Watch it... Mean old ladies hangout there & will rip you a new one

I decided to treat myself today to some krispy Kreme I uploaded my funds prior to getting to the store so we would have a smooth transaction to make paying easier, I ordered one of the heart donuts and a lemon filled, I gave the cashier my phone to scan the bar code nothing it didn't deduct anything, so she manually put my number into the register and it worked but didn't take the money just gave 1 free donut, which yay to a free donut, so I paid the remaining balance. When I left I decided I wanted to enjoy my treat without my children's sneaky fingers in the mix so I parked and happily tried the heart donut, it's super cute but the flavor was not for me, not a big deal, I sat it aside and will let my kiddo finish it. So I decided to eat the lemon filled one, however it was not lemon filled. It was a red jelly filled and idk but I am not a fan of that filling. I decided to go in to have them correct it. The guy didn't greet me, didn't acknowledge me so I simply told him that I ordered a lemon filled and got a jelly filled, he went and got a lemon filled tossed it in my box and said "have a good day", so I left however this time if was a lemon filled but the donut was stale and tasted like cardboard so I just tossed it out. I never had any issues with krispy Kreme in Los Angeles California so coming to a much smaller city to have this occur is honestly messed up. There wasn't a high flow of customers at all and no one was rushed so this mornings experience was definitely not excusable.
