Great Mexican and Central American food at good prices. Close to western’s campus and offers $1 tacos and pupusas on Thursdays for students on a budget.
This place is awesome if you want some authentic Mexican and Central American cuisine. Locally owned and ran, I especially recommend trying one of the soups, and la quesadilla especial. Staff doesn’t speak the best English but that’s part of the authenticity and charm. Will definitely come back!

I liked the seasoning of the food, we ordered Menudo... rice in milk... smoothies, pupusas, everything was very good.
It is disgusting and full of cockroaches and thieves. Be careful when you buy, you have to know the price of each thing.

Delicious and authentic food!!! The atmosphere is hopping with Latin music and language, but do not feel intimidated. Use Google translate and the pictures from the menu are helpful. This ladies are cooking away and making this food by hand. It’s such a good experience and I will definitely come back to get some deep fried pork belly.
