Christmas eve and they took the phones off the hook and the guy at the window joked yea they probably are. They closed the lobby so you can only order through the drive thru and it's a 45 min to an hour wait that's not a problem but it would be nice to be told that on the phone instead of ordering and then told come back in an hour.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL! The manager Victoria is not operating this business right at all! I honestly believe she is on drugs! Check the most recent reviews. As a customer, service was always horrible and slow. So I encouraged my teenager to apply for a job there to help out. From day one, she went in for an interview & began working immediately. My husband personally had to call & ask the manager when they would take my daughter’s I-9 paperwork since she had been working for a week without the manager accepting it! After that, so much occurred that I ended up making my daughter quit immediately after the manager came to confront my daughter! Do yourself a favor & AVOID this location! Unless u planning on receiving bad customer service, on top of pulling ahead & waiting for too long for your order. Look at the other frequent reviews… they are all 100% accurate!

This is the first review I have ever left before for any restaurant. This was so nasty and tasted burnt plastic. I love little ceasers but I will never be back here. Genuinely
Would do 0 if I could. Ordered a pretzel pizza. Got home and realized it was a “regular” pizza that they had dumped Salt all over the crust. Called to inform them, in which I was told “that’s how all pretzels come” like I haven’t ordered one from them multiple times before. Unprofessional attitude, rude service, and clearly a lack of brain cells running around in that place.

They were busy but the Crazy Bread was fresh and ready to go. Might just have to go grab an order now that I think about it.
If only I could give negative stars I would . The only thing that’s “ HOT AND READY “ Here is THEIR ATTITUDE!! Horrible service honestly. Waited longer than should’ve for my pizza . Lady was even making fun of us waiting for the pizza .

Well, I ordered ahead. I was told 15 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and still waited another 12 minutes for a lukewarm calzone. I also ordered cheese bread. Since it took so long I was now running late. When I finally had a chance to eat, it was breadsticks, not cheese bread. I called and stated I received the wrong item. It was verified on my receipt by them, but I was told that I had to bring the item back. I took it back, untouched to get the correct item. The cheesebread is also lukewarm warm. Price might be right, but hot items are not. Service was not the best. I was happy to try the new calzone, but not sure if it was woth all this.
