Check your order before you leave the drive through. I ordered a burrito and salad bowl and they put the wrong toppings on both. Completely screwed up my order. They are drive through only so there’s no point in going back to get the right order because you’ll have to wait in the line for another 20 minutes or so.Edit: I’ve been back a few more times and they’ve gotten it right. Also the food is delicious. Just check your order before you leave.

Que Buenos is the best food in town! I like that there isn’t the harshness of salt or MSG. Seasoned perfectly. The chicken is tender and moist. The vegetables are not over cooked. They have that perfect bite.

I Ordered Buenos Nachos and it was made wrong and Supervisor responded the phone call when I called the restaurant and he was behaving so rudely as I was talking to him. I explained him the problem 3 times and he was keep asking what was the problem sir? I explained to him one more time but he is behaving and answering my question like I’m crazy and I even texted him the pictures as he wanted a proof. Then I asked his name but he never responded even after asking for a few time and Then he said I’m a minor so I’m it allowed to say name. So I was like okay you can pass the phone who is not a minor and able to answer proper either your manager or supervisor then he said his name which is “Nateo Herrera”. I don’t know if this is real name or not but he said I took your order and on the receipt I see Name “Val”. What a rude guy even after I said I’m happy to bring nachos back tomorrow as I was on the other side of town when I opened the food. I hope someone can take action for this rude behavior Supervisor as he don’t know how to answer and behaving like child.

I have never physically been in the restaurant but have ordered delivery many times and LOVE IT!!!!!Not only is the food delicious, but the delivery time is incredible! And delivery personnel have always been extremely polite.

We are in town on vacation. After a long day on a cave tour we decided to order dinner on our way back our place. Ordering online was easy and the food was fresh and hot in less than 15 minutes. We were very impressed with the entire experience- from the menu to the ease of online ordering to pick up and of course the delicious eats. When we are in Bowling Green next we will definitely be eating at Que Buenos again.

This place is not trying to be the nice, sit down, higher end Mexican restaurant, it's trying to be fast Mexican food, & it is exceptionally good at achieving this goal. Think Mexican food subway style. The food quality is very good, especially considering the goal of this restaurant. They aim to get reasonably good quality food in front of you very quickly. I have never waited more than 10 minutes from time of order placement to receiving my order, & my food has always been hot, fresh, & highly enjoyable. The price point for the menu has always felt very reasonable in my opinion. Large areas of the kitchen are visible and I have never seen it look anything less than clean, orderly, and well maintained. If you're looking for good quality Mexican food in a relatively short time frame, I would strongly recommend this place.

Favorite place to get taco salad. Much better quality than Taco Bell. Generous portions, fresher ingredients with a better selection and flavor. I absolutely love that we can pick all the items individually to design our own food. Perfect for people with special diets or allergies. Plus they have the taco salad bowl I love that Taco Bell got rid of.

However I did not give them five stars due to the fact that they're still not open inside for dining, yet the Mexican restaurant across the street has been open for inside dining for many many many months now, also seems like the last few times I've ordered from this restaurant the drive-thru seems to be confused on the orders.

I have heard a lot of good things about this place so hopefully this is just a one off. Food was very bland, my son wouldn't even eat his food. They didn't give me all my order, I had to go through the drive through again to get the rest of it.

Watched no less than six people go through the drive through while I wait on a bowl. A bowl.Update: the order is wrong lol. Would be surprised if they even looked at the actual order. ?

Lately, both hard and soft tortillas are soggy and fall apart. A hard shell should hold the item without disintegrating from being wet and soaking through. I'd rather support a local drive thru than the Bell, but the last few times, the food quality has not been great. Sorry. Also, those cones have been on the drive thru for as long as I can recall - is that hole ever going to be patched? I get that times are hard, that's why I've kept trying back, but just not satisfied with the food anymore.
