Food was ok. After 2 tries they finally brought out biscuits that was cooked all the way. Food didnt take to long and was ok. Our waitress never refilled our drinks. I ordered endless shrimp and she only came back once to see if i wanted more after that and the waiting we decided to leave. Used to be our favorite place to eat and after dropping close to 200 dollars will be a long while before we go back.

I just want to say the Manager and staff here are amazing. I am a truck driver and was out of state when my Mom went into this location to eat for her birthday as a gift from me and I called and spoke to the Manager on duty March 13th 2024 asking if they would go over and sing Happy Birthday to my Mom. This Manager was so kind and told me he would make it happen.They DID! They took her icecream too!! My Mom was so excited and happy. This made her day.Thank you so much Red Lobster Team. Sometimes it's the small things that can mean BIG things.. you will have my business always.

Managers contract with shady, rude, Fountain Square Towing to tow cars out of their pothole filled, half empty lot, even though the manager admitted their big sign had “been stolen”. They don’t give a crap about losing customers over it. Towed 7-8 cars. Totally unapologetic. Food sucked last time we were there, too. NEVER giving them business again.
I've always loved Red Lobster but the one in Bowling Green is the absolute best one I've ever been in. You have to try the Lobster dip and cheesy crab fries. Our waitress Victoria was the best!!
The biscuits before the meal are delicious, we ate far too many. The server was quick and friendly. The food was very good and delivered fast. I will definitely come back.
