Just went through to get a cherry limeade, my favorite drink… it had no cherry flavoring in it and hardly any sprite. It tasted like lime juice water. Absolutely disgusting!! Will not be going back to this location.

I usually go to this one on Nashville Rd. about once a week and their food is always good. And whenever my family and i go to the one on Scottsville Rd. The food is always bad or service not great. And so my wife always complains of me going to Sonic. Well I had her try the one on Nashville Rd and she now understood why I like going to this one. Food taste better and service is better.

The shakes are always good. I like they give spoons and napkins with them. They are so thick a spoon is a must to start.
I ordered for 6 people in the app and walked to the front door kiosk to pick up because we were driving with a camper. I waited 30 minutes for our food and as I waited I saw the car hop drop my box of chicken tenders meal. She brought out everything but that and said they were remaking it. I said so theyre putting it in a new box? She said no, remaking it. When I got to the car it was cold and the bottom of the box had sauce smeared on it. We didn't order any sauce at all. A kids meal was forgotten when she brought the food out as well which is understandable but I'm glad I checked for it all since we are from out of town. She brought it out to me and it had no tots in it, only corndog and a toy. I assume the manager came out to check and I said I'm not happy with this experience as it took 30 mins and it came out wrong. She apologized and said she's a new carhop. She told me if we had any problems then to let her know. I said ma'am we're from out of town and pulling a camper. I can't come back.

Never even got a receipt for my drink, I would come back and show my bank statement if they question my integrity. I waited 20 minutes and got completely forgotten about. And when I called back, the person on the other end, acted like it was no big deal and they sent my drink out immediately with no receipt. Acted like it happened all the time Never will come back

The food was good, & came out quick especially for how busy it was.The only reason I’m going to give it a low rating is because the girl who brought the food ran her tray into my car scratching the paint. She did it then looked at it, rubbed it and walks away like it didn’t happen while leaving a 2 inch red scratch on yellow paint,
