Doors are locked at 3:30 in the after noon and there are people behind the counter making sandwiches and not acknowledging I’m outside the door when it says they are open

The person who helped me, Madison and Charlene, was so amazing. She was very patient and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated unlike other experiences at subway. I would suggest going day shift because they seem to have it together.

Went to the drive through and made a double order, during the ordering process of the two meals, on separate tickets, that was related multiple times throughout the process, we get to the drive through, the lady working asks for the 1st card... runs both orders on a single card and said we never told her we had to orders..and closes the window on us, before we could attempt to correct it. That and my order was wrong. Front doors are locked and couldn't go inside to even fix it.

2nd time we have loaded up at work to go get some lunch and it will be our last experiance. Poor girl at drivethru window always has a poor attitude and rushes you at the payment window. Twice now we have ordered seperate orders for her to repeat back seperate. Once at the window she charges it all to the first card shes given and sayd well you didnt tell me seperate orders and proceeds to slam the window and walk off. Id love to come in and ensure my order is proper but the staff apparently would rather not clean up their lobby and chooses to keep the doors locked. Save your time people and just go to Firehouse where the employees actually care about your visit and provide outstanding customer service.

The inside dining room has been closed for a couple of years for no real legitimate reason. I'm not big on the drive-thru where i can't see how my sandwhich is being made. The workers are probably just lazy & doesn't want to deal with the customer service aspect.

By far the worst dining experience I've ever had. The storefront is closed so I had to use the drive thru & couldn't see the ingredients. The woman taking my order was short with me, cut me off, and rushed me to finish a fairly simple order. I got two sandwiches and they acted like I ordered the whole menu. Was given hell over wanting to use a coupon that they mailed me..? I love Subway, but I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Order two sandwiches. Both the same. Got home and one was completely plain. Called store, they said to bring sandwich back with receipt. Receipt wasn’t even given. Never going here again!

Absolutely worse subway ever rude and never have lobby open people like to watch there sandwiches be made and when u go through the drive way they are absolutely having a attitude.

I hadn't been to subway in a long time because my daughter doesn't eat sub sandwiches so I was needing assistance on what was on the menu and what new etc the girl that took my order was rushing me and talked like robot. She also cut me off consistently asking what to drink before I finished telling her what wanted on my sandwich and by the way I was the only person in line so there was no reason to rush me. I will definitely go to a better managed subway in the future since after getting my food I felt like I was not wanted back, no goodbye thank you anything and this girl must have hated her job because before shutting the window on me she made sure to give me a mean look like I was an inconvenience. I know this review may be long and drawn out over what some people may think is a small thing but to me if you're going to work in customer service and someone needs service give it to them that's what you're being paid for if you don't want to do the job there's somebody else that would love to they will definitely not get another penny from me if I have to go inside the hospital in my town to get subway there I will!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING & IT WILL BE MY LAST TIME. I received a subway with only turkey and lettuce. I asked for cheese, spinach, banana peppers, black olives and mayo. Stop hiring people who don't want to work & who is apparently lazy who can't make a sandwich that the customer asked for!! I wasn't trying to give any star but in order to post a review you have too.

Absolutely worst Subway ever! Over priced compared to most Subways and then they tried to charge you a $1 for a refill. Seriously! No signs posted for charging for refills and their sandwiches are already overpriced. Stay away…. Eat somewhere else. They are absolutely rude

It's not a regular Subway! I love Subway sandwiches, but this place cannot make typical food for this franchise. The first time it was just an awful sandwich, and the second time its nasty food and brutal service. The girl that took the order was using foul language and yelling at the manager after I showed them the sandwich she made. Not sure if the manager can coach professionalism and ethical behavior to someone she is afraid of. I hope this will reach the regional manager.
