I will never be coming to this subway ever again. I was treated like I was stupid and like garbage by the manager. She was very condescending and rude. She said that everything was frozen and I was like that’s okay I can wait. Then she said “you need to change your phone number so I can contact you when stuff like this happens.” Then, she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. I said “oh I guess I forgot to change my phone number on the app, I’m sorry” she didn’t care to say anything. I went back out to my car and waited. When I came back the food was ready which was fine. She didn’t come out to apologize or anything. I didn’t mind to wait at all. I work third shift and didn’t want any breakfast so I saw that subway was open. I understand how it is working in the food industry I did it for 4 years but I don’t deserve to be treated like garbage just because workers are having a bad day.

I routinely have been stopping into this IGA on my trips to Bowling Green. each time I have decided to try the Subway there is no one there or when I am next in line it takes several minutes to be greeted or even be acknowledged I was even there. I'm just not going to stop here any more. 4 strikes and I'm done. Do not recommend that you waste your time.

Absolutely awful they messed up our order TWICE. How do you mess up TWICE?!!! After reluctantly making the sandwich’s and Rebecca answering the phone and sounding like she didn’t even want to fix their mess up not going back. If I could give negative stars I would. Not to mention when we got there everyone went to the back instead of coming up and apologizing for screwing up the order. Don’t recommend for anyone to go there they can’t make a sandwich right I didn’t realize it was that hard. I’m allergic to onions told them I was and it was on my first sandwich they still put it on the “fixed” order. I guess that’s what you get for trusting teenagers for making food.

insanely funny full house

I love subway but for some reason they just can't get my honey mustard chicken wrap correct. It doesn't taste anything like the subway in Sonora ky.

I have ordered via the mobile app twice and both times I have gotten home, my order was incorrect and sloppy. Ordered 2 Steak and Cheese Footlongs - meat was ice cold. I will not be purchasing from this store in the future.

Disgusting! Doesn't toast or warm properly, fatty bacon not warmed either. Just lazy employees.

You would think a shop that bakes fresh bread daily, would have good bread... I wish I could upload a picture because mine is old, cold, stale and burnt! My honey oat bread looks like it has a thick coat of cocoa dusted over it. On top of that, I had to look up when this place closes when we left because at 8:45 pm I was told that my husband couldn't get a meatball sub and my son couldn't get marinara on his pepperoni because those things had already been put up and they weren't allowed to sell them so close to closing time! They didn't close till 10!

Took 15 minutes to make a sandwich with only three people including myself in line. The crew was rude and snickered at me when I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich. Then refused to get more from the back. I nearly walked out, but I was in a hurry. Will not stop here again.

The little girl who waited on me was friendly and nice but she put so much mustard and mayo I could not eat all of the sandwich. I told her that was too much mustard as she was making the sandwich but she did not change out my bread or offer to rectify the situation. I won't be getting anything else at that location. This is everywhere anymore because the people that are working in these places just don't care.

The other day I go into this subway, while out on a run for work, to get something for lunch. Everything was good until they decided to give my sandwich to someone else, the tried to get it back after the other customer had already walked off (which would be good after they had touched it), and to wrap it up they couldn't even remake the sandwich again the right way, they didn't make it deluxe like I asked and they didn't toast it like I asked. Also, they couldn't really greet anyone, couldn't say thank you, or really have any proper manners about themselves. I don't know what kind of outfit they run there, but it's by far the worse Subway that I have ever been in, and will more than likely never be back.
